WHO: who is involved? Company/product name and location, contact person names and digits.

WHAT: in two or three sentences, what is the topic of the release? A brief description of the event.

WHEN: when did this event take place? (This can be a hard date or a soft descriptor such as "recently".)

WHERE: URLs?, geographic locations, or any other location information where the reader might find evidence of the event.

HOW: how did Digital Creations/Zope effect a change and make an impact? (as a business solution, an application server, etc.)
